The product consists of only the sisal rope. It does not include any board or frame. If you already have a cat tree/climbing frame/scratchboard in your house, our product can be used to replace worn-out sisal rope damaged by your cats.

We offer you a 30-Day refund for only the following cases:
1) Your item arrived damaged or
2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.
