We offer you a 30-Day refund for only the following cases:
1) Your item arrived damaged or
2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.
We do not offer product cancellations once the order is placed.

The ball was very cool, at first the cat was a bit afraid of it, but after a while he followed it, and when it went out, it started to push. Now he's having fun.
Fantastic toy!! Both my Catas loved it from the first moment. It is tiny so the size is fantastic and although it makes noise, it does not scare my coats.
