The estimated delivery time is tracked in business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). We ship out from four international warehouses - one in the US, one in Italy, and two in Asia. In rare cases, the actual delivery time may vary from the mentioned delivery time due to:

• Your Location
• Availability of the product with us / Current Stock
• Or some unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, natural disaster or political interludes / COVID delays / Delay in customs or by local shipping department.

Depending on the warehouse, demand and current stock, it usually takes 12-24 Business Days.

Outside the United States:

Your parcel has to travel around the entire globe. We are trying to expand and open new warehouses.

We offer you a 30-Day refund for only the following cases:

1) Your item arrived damaged or

2) You have received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.

We do not offer product cancellations once the order is placed.
