2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.

My cat was all over this before I even got it hung up! It looks amazing and the craftsmanship is fantastic! There were instructions and multiple different hooks/ rope to help with hanging which is great! I would give this ten stars if I could, I even got a cute little extra thrown in there!
