2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.

It is much more beautiful than the photography images. These are the cutest brushes and they blend amazing.
Gave them to a cat obsessed friend for her birthday, she constantly tells me how soft they are and how adorable it is that the paw pad and toe beans are raised slightly above the base bristles for a texture difference. All in all a good gift that is used daily.
