2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.

My cat loves it! My cat loves the timer. It surprises him almost every time. Great for when I'm at work and unable to play with him.
The product 100% matches the description. It has 3 modes: one slow, one fast and one that leaves the fixed point to move the device manually. It also has a lever that allows you to raise or lower the height point. It works well.
