2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.

Listing was for 80 pieces of small cat head wax, I got 171 pieces. I haven't tried it yet and don't know if I'll be able to update my review, but I'll try if it changes at all.
All of the mixed colors I purchased were 80+ small pieces regardless of the description. This color mix is fairly evenly split between the three colors and Cute cat shape!
Metallic waxes are hard to photograph apparently as the more light that reflects off of them the lighter they appear in the photos. All of the single color waxes I bought in this batch are darker in real life, but I’ll see how they melt and maybe they’ll look lighter then. The description/identifier matches nothing on the package so it’s hard to match up the colors and know if I got what I ordered. Package does include 85 not 80 and quality looks good.
