We offer you a 30-Day refund for only the following cases:
1) Your item arrived damaged or
2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.
We do not offer product cancellations once the order is placed.

Good hammock. The quality is good, the suction cups hold securely on the glass. My cats love it! And it holds a lot of weight. I would recommend this to anyone w cats who love to be up high/by the window
Albert and Mabel love their new window seat! The suction cups hold up really well- I tested it by yanking and tugging on it before I let the kitties try. It took a great deal of effort for me to even get one cup loose. So far, so good!
For reference, Albert weighs 7 pounds and Mabel weighs 14 pounds. Neither had any issue using both levels.
Only took a bit of catnip and now the cat loves it. Even used the scratching post and switches levels on her own. Has stood up well to scratches and biting in all surfaces so far, and hasn't fallen down. Would recommend it.
Very durable! 2 cats total complexity of 8 kg! Looks nice. It came to Israel quickly. I did not communicate with CatCurio.
