2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.

Device very well packaged and protected. The battery already charged. 2 double-sided 3M stickers provided as well as small cable USB-A- USB-C (no power charger, but it's OK because not provided in description).

The goods are very fast! Good packing, thank you seller! In the kit 2 double-sided Scotch tape (holds on the wall perfectly); charging and instruction manual. It really works :) it removes the smell well, it works quietly, the Cats do not scare. The motion sensor is excellent, once the cats fit, it stops working. Definitely recommend to buy!)
