We offer you a 30-Day refund for only the following cases:
1) Your item arrived damaged or
2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.
We do not offer product cancellations once the order is placed.

The one feature that might be more subtle is a rattle deep inside the toy that the cat can hear as it rolls along. It's not a loud rattle either. They like how the toy with it's bumpy surface doesn't roll in straight lines.
My kitten loves these balls. The make-up of them is like a ping pong ball with a bell inside at the center and the poms are glued on over the outside very tightly. The poms are very firm, and while glued on, they are stuck on there really well and none have come off yet after a few weeks.
My kitten bats this smallest ball around all the time. It rattles -- so keeps her amused.
It's soft, it's light, and it's gravely inside. Cat loves playing with it.
These little bell balls are Great! All of my kitties LIVE THEM! They can carry them easily and there isn't that louder sound of the plastic type bell balls rolling all over your floor, just the light "tinkle" sound of the bell inside. This is the Best ball toy for kitties, IMO
