1) Your item arrived damaged or
2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.

These bowls stay in place because of the rubber ring at the bottom. They are the perfect size for my older long haired cat - just elevated enough and deep enough for her to easily eat without getting food in her fur. Very easy to clean these because they are metal. And very easy to store these because they stack easily. Cute bowls. Highly recommend.
