We offer you a 30-Day refund for only the following cases:
1) Your item arrived damaged or
2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.
We do not offer product cancellations once the order is placed.

Visually, the item is exactly as pictured and is SO CUTE! Face perfectly stitched. Material soft. So soft! You can't capture soft in the picture; softer than looks. Squish too! So huggable! Excited to gift! Came in a perfectly-sized, zipper-lock, plastic baggie. (And then inside a box with a few other things ordered.) Be sure to get one for each kid as kids EVERY age would love. ...I kinda want to order a bunch of them, throw a blanket over top, and sleep on a kitten mattress! But, alas, sanity prevails...
