We offer you a 30-Day refund for only the following cases:
1) Your item arrived damaged or
2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.

My daughter and I bought this together for our cats and we shared it because there are so many pieces! Four guns and lots of spinners. Put the spinner on the gun and give it a few twists gently until it is just snug. Make sure your fingers are not in the way incase it releases and absolutely make sure your pets are behind you before you shoot the spinner! It has a lot of zip & makes a cool noise that gets the cat’s attention! Highly recommend!
With this set, the plastic is much more durable and has not yet broken with daily use for a month. I have tried several flying spinner toys and this is by far the best in performance and durability.
