1) Your item arrived damaged or
2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.

I haven't used it in practice yet, the material is dense, the bottom is a non-slip surface. As described, delivery is fast.
I thought it would be a little bigger but being for travel it is good, easy to close and clean. Good quality. Arrived earlier than expected
