We offer you a 30-Day refund for only the following cases:
1) Your item arrived damaged or
2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.

So I ordered different toys for my kitten and I must say this is her favorite so far. She can play for hours because the bird makes the exact noises the real ones outside my window make😍😍 totally recommend this one. 💯
I thought it moves but I was wrong. It makes noises with the slightest touch which is great. My cat loves it and plays a lot whit that. Also hunts it a lot🤣poor bird. I can hang it somewhere and it would be more fun for him😻😻
