We offer you a 30-Day refund for only the following cases:
1) Your item arrived damaged or
2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.
We do not offer product cancellations once the order is placed.

I bought this bowls because my cat will drag her water bowl all over the kitchen floor and spill it this one doesn’t move at all it’s very nice very well-made I recommend it highly
Great practical product. My Cat drinks a lot of water and this item saves on repeat refills of a normal water bowl. Very basic concept, no mechanical moving components to fail so should therefore last for years.
I love this, love the colour, it looks far more 'decorative' than others. Works well, ideal size for a cat, I can't imagine the size I've bought would be that great for a large dog. A small dog maybe. I've added some photos as I struggled to work out size from the photos so hope I can help someone else.
