Ordered 38-39 and they fit great! I’m an american size 6-6.5 which google says is more of a 36-37, so i’d say order one size larger than google says you are! Feet get a bit sweaty if u wear em for a while tho :( be prepared to probably have to wash em sometimes cuz of foot stink
