2) You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged, we request you to send us photos, required as proof of purchase.

The mask is very nicely made with lots of pretty details. I like that it ties on with black ribbons rather than elastic because it's more comfortable & looks nice in the back as well with the black bow.
