How to Cook:

You need to pack the rice in tightly before you press it down with the back,otherwise the rice is too loose and won't hold it's shape.
- The cut outs are super quick and easy as well. Make sure you use the rubber mat when you cut the seaweed, otherwise it doesn't cut all the way through.

For adding different colors of rice, it works best to separate a small portion of rice and add soy sauce (or whatever you want to use to color the rice) and saturate that small bit of rice until it is brown.

Then put a small bit of the colored rice in the mold before adding the white rice.If you try to pour soy sauce over the top for color, it sinks down too far past the surface.
